All estates and Master's office matters are attended to, including attendances at the Master's Office of the North Gauteng High Court, regarding deceased and insolvent estates, trusts, obtaining of endorsements and general searches.

 

The Estates Department provides the following professional services:

 

1. Attending to the drawing of Wills and vetting existing Wills to ensure compliance with current legislation.

2. Drafting of Trusts and attending to the registration thereof at the Master of the North Gauteng High Court.

3. Attending to the reporting of estates at the Master's Office of the North Gauteng High Court and any other Master’s Office and attending to the winding up of estates according to legislation and prescribed Master's procedures.

4. Attendances at the Master of the North Gauteng High Court to obtain endorsements on fixed property transactions relating to estates.
